提 要：江户日本的国境形态，清晰地呈现在江户时代的日本地图中。通过对该时代日本地图的梳理和分析，可以清楚了解江户日本国家的主体范围，以及与当代日本国境争端相关的国境问题在江户时代的起源和发展。同时，通过对江户日本地图所呈现的变化中的日本国境的观察，也可以窥知日本社会在18世纪中期以后面临俄国和西洋势力强力冲击情况下所展现出来的区域认识和世界观变化。

Title: JapaneseTerritory Seen in the Maps of Tokugawa Japan

Abstract: Maps produced in Tokugawa Japan are main resources to understand the Japanese territory in that period. This paper invests the existing maps produced in Tokugawa Japan to identify the range of then Japanese territory and discusses the historical origin of some disputed territory issues. In addition, by examination of the changes on map drawing through Tokugawa period of Japanese history, this paper provides some insights to understand the ever changing Japanese regional and global perspectives under Russian and European challenges since the mid-eighteenth century.
