提 要：尤利乌斯·凯撒为规范罗马对意大利地区各自治城的管理而制订的《尤利乌斯自治城法令》，内容包括行政建制、人口普查以及市政建设等方面，是研究罗马共和国末期自治城问题极为珍贵的第一手资料。该铭文自发现以来，国外学界已有多种相关研究成果问世。综合各家观点，从古典语文迻译并根据最新研究成果予以注释，目的是为国内古典学研究提供较为可靠的文本。

Abstract:Lex Iulia Municipalisis commonly calledTabula Heracleensissince part of it was engraved on the bronze tablet which was found near the ancient Italian city Heraclea .Tabula Heracleensisdeals with different subjects, such as the census of Roman citizens, the distribution of grains, the building and traffic regulations, and the election of municipal magistrates. It is also a valuable resource for the study of Julius Caesar's policies concerning the municipal administrations. This translation and commentary provides a newer and more reliable Chinese version of this document for the scholars in the field of Ancient history of Rome.
