伦理与政治融合的儒家思考

——荀子“分治”思想论析

提 要：荀子伦理—政治思想的一贯之道是“分”的思想。“分”的要义是如其分而治理。普遍的“区分”或“分”的方法论，是荀子思想中非常具有启发性的重要方面。分治的理念体现了荀子对伦理—政治融合关系的思考，其关键在于由人而政，关注人的自我完善，强调伦理道德在政治中的作用。荀子学说彰显了正名与尚学等儒家传统的主旨和政治意义。

Title:Confucian Syncretic Thinking of Ethics and

Politics: An Analysis of Xunzi’s Idea ofFen-zhi

Abstract:A

persistent idea of Xunzi(荀子)

in his thought of ethical-politics isfen-zhi(分治,

rule in Differentiation). The core concept of this idea is

to carry out administrative policies based upon people’s

different roles in society, including location, duty,

capacity, and limitation. In thinking about the connection

of ethics and politics, Xunzi insists that the key points of

state governance is to pay attention to the existence of

human being, the accomplishment of individuals, and the

importance of ethics in politics. By emphasizing the idea offen-zhi, Xunzi further revealed the political

significance of the Confucian idea of status identification

and encouragement of personal learning.
