提 要：马瑞是古巴比伦时期两河流域的一个重要的城邦。本文选用了《马瑞王室档案》中马瑞最后一个国王金瑞林统治时期的6件后宫为王室厨房工作人员供应羊毛和油份额的名单列表，搜集了298件有关马瑞王室厨房物资供应、国王与军队日常饮食供应的文献，对这些文献进行了统计和分析，研究了马瑞王室厨房机构的人员构成、职能以及马瑞王室日常饮食供应的食物种类和数量。

Title: The study about the Kitchen Organization of Palace and Food Supply for Royal Family under the King Zimri-Lim of Mari in the Old Babylonian Period

Abstract:Mari is an important city-state of Mesopotamia in the Old Babylonian Period. This paper selected 6 name lists on which recorded the Mari court supply wool and oil for each crew of the royal kitchen, collected lots of cunieform texts about goods and materials supply for royal kitchen and food supply for Zimri-Lim and his guards fromArchives Royales de Mari. Then we count and analyse these texts, study the staff composition and function of the royal kitchen, and the categories and quantity of these food which the kitchen supply for the royal family.
