提 要：本文以F116：W98号文书为研究对象，指出该件文书是元代的“告拦状”；告拦的双方是亦集乃路的屯田军人。文章还对告拦状的具体程式、告拦实现的具体条件进行了讨论。

Title: A Study of the No.F116: W98 Unearthed Yuan Document from Khara-Khoto

Abstract:This paper studies the context of the No. F 116: W98 unearthed document dated to the Yuan Dynasty from Khara-khoto. It points out that this document is actually a lawsuit petition paper of the Yuan Dynasty. Both sides involved were Tuntian soldiers, meaning soldiers who had both military and agricultural duties of that times. Furthermore, this study discusses the concrete paper formulation and procedure to conduct such kind of lawsuit petition during the Yuan period.
