提 要：《世说新语》刘孝标注征引文献众多，其中有的标明原作者，有的未标作者。刘孝标在处理这些文献的作者问题上坚持的是区别性原则，这一原则是在整体观指导下进行并体现着整体观的，这表明刘孝标是以史家观点而注《世说》的。

Abstract:Liu Xiaobiao（刘孝标）’sAnnotation ofShishuo Xinyu(《世说新语》)cites a lot of documents. Some names of the authors of these documents are clearly mentioned, while some others are not. This paper argues that such a treatment was actually based upon Liu Xiaobiao’s “principle of differentiation”. This principle reflects Liu Xiaobiao’s systematic and historical points of view.
