Title:The Memphite Inscription of Amenemhet II: Transliteration, Chinese Translation, and Commentary

Abstract:The Inscription of Amenemhet II from Memphis is the only royal inscription of the Dynasty 12 of its kind. It is an important source for the study of relations between Egypt and all of the neighboring foreign countries during the Middle Kingdom as well as the Egyptian economy, cults, geography and lexicography. The transliteration, Chinese translation and notes of the said inscription are presented in this text.
