Abstract：The prospectus of the Second Athenian League is a multilateral political treaty made by Athens and other Greek cities in 470s B.C., which marks the formation of the Second Athenian League. It reflects an attempt of Greek cities to pursue political independence and autonomy against hegemony, and it is the significant epigraphic evidence for the history of Greek polis and interstate relationship in first half of fourth century B.C..
