提 要：本文所选铭文系雅典在公元前5世纪中叶颁布的部分法令，集中反映出作为盟主之邦的雅典在政治、经济及司法等诸多方面对盟邦主权的肆意践踏，是解读该时期雅典历史的重要原始资料。国外古典学界对古希腊传世铭文的释读与研究极为重视，其中较权威的选本为R·梅格斯与D·刘易斯整理的《希腊历史铭文选》，亦是本文所依据的文本。

Title: Translation and Commentary of Ten Athenian Decretive Inscriptions from the Fifth Century B.C.

Abstract: The inscriptions selected by this article are some decrees enacted by Athens during the middle and later period of the fifth century B.C. , which mainly reflect the fact of that the Athenian trampled the autonomy of its allies in terms of politics, economy, justice, and so on. These documents are crucial for the understanding of the nature of the Athenian hegemony. Because of the importance of these inscriptions, several versions of the translation and interpretation of these inscriptions have been produced by the classical scholars, while there has not been even one of them in Chinese language. This Chinese translation and commentary is based onA selection of Greek historical inscriptions, to the end of the fifth century B. C.edited by R. Meiggs and D. Lewis, which is commonly considered the most reliable edition.
