提 要：上博简《诗论》“天保”是讨论“德”与分封制关系的新材料，《诗论》所言“顺颁悳”在周代的具体政治表现就是分封制度。从《天保》诗文和诗旨及周代青铜器铭文中的“顺颁悳”情况，得见“顺颁悳”实为周人分封的理论依据。

Title: The Theoretical Basis of the Zhou Enfeoffment: Centered with the Bamboo Slips in Shanghai Museum

Abstract: Shilun(《诗论》，theory of poem) is preserved within the ancient bamboo slip collection of Shanghai Museum. One section ofShilundeals with “Tianbao(天保)”，a piece of poetry within the classical documentShijing(《诗经》, The Classic of Poems). This is a newer material for the study of the connection of “virtue” with the system of enfeoffment of the Zhou Dynasty. Through an examination of the saying “Shun ban de”(顺颁悳)inShilunand other related inscriptions on the bronze vessels of the Zhou period, it is clear that “shun ban de” reflected the essential ideas of the Zhou rulers in establishing its system of enfeoffment.
