提 要：古代日本的皇亲原本没有“姓”，随着古代国家政治形势的不断变化，出现了皇亲赐姓的现象。皇亲赐姓的实质是通过调整以天皇为顶点的身份制度来维护和加强以天皇为中心的中央集权制国家统治体制。古代日本皇亲赐姓的演变反映了从古代到中世的历史潮流及其变化态势。

Title: The Evolution of Kousinsisei in Ancient Japan and its Reasons

Abstract: In Ancient Japan, the royals did not have Kabane. However, Kousinsisei emerged with the changes of political backdrop. The essence of Kousinsisei was the enhancement of centralized government with emperor in the center of government by adjusting identity system with emperor on the top of government. The changes of Kousinsisei reflected the change from ancient Japan to the Middle Ages.
